Default Christmas theme for Tyria xD
Theres been alot of disussion about it and I think it'd be wonderful idea for Ascalon City (pre sear and post sear), Lions Arch, and Droknars Forge.
Since there was a halloween theme. They could have big snowman and perhaps it could snow in LA, Ascalon and Droks. And father christmas comes along and we all get santa hats and little collector things like in halloween.

yes, they had one, i just want the update to happen soon, christmas in next sunday, let us enjoy a week of festivities. I love christmas decor. And yes, everyone said Santa Hats which is why I bought my ranger an all Red fur outfit for the event to wear in town

well, Santa Hats would be the AWESOME. i'd love to run around with that in Tombs.

snow in the major cities would be cool, too. along with frozen citizens complaining about the temperatures.....

and a 5k gift to everyone!

Gaile was talking about a Christmas theme the other day in LA. She promised Christmas Capes, which sounded somewhat fun.

Full Santa suit (Slightly revealing) for elementalists (females)! All else get coal. Also a deliver presents quest, if you fail the quest the village does'nt get their gifts.

All the monsters should be wearing santa hats too I would love to see a sand wurm burst out of the ground with a santa hat on

I think with the gift(s) from Santa it should be all wrapped up and to un-wrap it use identify kit or salvage.. one of the two.. hmm.. if only i could devise a way to steal other people's presents..

They would have to have a secular "holiday" theme since not everyone who plays this game is Christian. But yeah, that would be cool.

Anet will definately do a christmas theme, because lets face christmas is more important than halloween surely? And if they didn't have time to do christmas they wouldn't have done halloween.

And yea, sir green aluminium is right, this is an excellent application for coal!

they can have a nice CHRISTMAS special because it is their game and if some rabid atheist screams the American Criminal Lovers Union wont be able to sue because little susie/jimmie was exposed to a CHRISTMAS TREE out in public

maybe....and this is just theory....if ANet decides to do something special for Christmas they will choose not to simply recycle their Halloween Celebration and dress it with Santa clothes. i think they've shown themselves to be creatively competent, so IF they decide to do something i look forward to it. besides, every update since halloween has given us 10 to 20 minutes of mass hysteria. people claim to have been given 100k in their storage...seriously, let them do what they do best. though there's nothing wrong with speculation, maybe everyone should be thinking a little outside of the box.
